- Coordinate between internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and doc management.
- Ensure clear communication between creative, marketing, and production teams.
- Maintain high-quality standards and align deliverables with client expectations.
- Problem-solve challenges to keep projects running smoothly.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and optimize workflows.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in media, advertising, or production project management.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, video production, and digital media campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
